  A very beautiful, small church designed in an Old World, French style. The church (and adjoining rectory) was built in 1955 with a lot of help from its wealthy patron, Mrs Mildred W Blount. It was consecrated in 1955 by Bishop Fulton J. Sheen, the famous radio Christian apologist, who was also a patronized by Mrs Blount. St Vincent de Paul Tallassee is part of the Montgomery Deanery and the Archdiocese of Mobile. Sunday morning mass is usually packed with worshippers, so get there early!
